Summary
The team agreed to ship the redesigned onboarding flow to the Meridian pilot on Thursday rather than waiting for the pricing page, which follows once legal signs off.
Two enterprise prospects asked for SSO before they will sign. The group scoped SSO for October instead of bundling it into the pilot. Alex will send Meridian the rollout plan today, and Sarah will have estimates ready for the October cycle.

Should we hold the onboarding release until the new pricing page is ready, or push it ahead to Meridian?
SKSarah KimCited
No, let’s ship onboarding to the Meridian pilot on Thursday. The pricing page can follow separately once legal signs off.
ARAlex Rivera
What was the blocker on the two enterprise deals we reviewed this morning?
SKSarah KimCited
Both enterprise prospects asked for SAML SSO before they will sign. Let’s scope SSO for the October sprint rather than bundling it into the pilot.
ARAlex Rivera
Agreed. I will send Meridian the Thursday rollout plan by end of day.
SKSarah Kim
I’ll have the engineering estimates ready for the October sprint.

Record on Mac or iPhone
On Mac, capture your microphone and call audio. Nothing joins the call. On iPhone, record conversations with the microphone.
On Mac, you can also turn on automatic recording for calendar meetings or Zoom. A countdown gives you time to skip.
Add your notes as you go

Choose what leaves your device.
Local processing comes first. Sync and hosted AI are choices you make separately.
Work locally
Record and transcribe without an account. Use on-device summaries and Ask on supported devices. Your local meetings stay readable without a subscription.
Sync between devices
Turn on encrypted sync to read your transcripts and notes on Mac and iPhone. Sync does not upload source recordings.
Choose a hosted model
Connect your own OpenRouter key or use Auldera Enhanced if your account has access. Hosted processing asks for your consent before sending meeting content.
A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 26 or later, or an iPhone running iOS 26 or later. On-device Summary and Ask on iPhone require Apple Intelligence to be available and enabled. A long meeting may exceed what your device’s local model can read; Auldera shows when a summary is unavailable or an answer covers only part of a meeting.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed for local recording, transcription, or on-device Summary and Ask. Sign in with Apple or email for encrypted sync. Auldera Enhanced also needs an account with access.
What can I ask about?
Ask about a meeting or a whole project: what was discussed, what someone agreed to, or a detail you need to check. Answers use the meeting transcripts, with sources you can open. Auldera does not search your other documents or browse the web to answer these questions.
What leaves my device?
On-device processing keeps meeting content local. Sync sends encrypted transcripts and notes, not source recordings. Hosted transcription sends audio; hosted Summary and Ask send the text needed for the request. Each hosted route asks for consent. If you send beta feedback, it can include meeting content and audio; review the attachments first.
Can I export my notes?
Export one meeting or all your meetings as Markdown or JSON. Use a summary in an email, keep a copy with your project files, or take your notes to another tool.
Will people know I’m recording?
Auldera does not add a bot to the call. Let people know before you record and get any consent you need.
How much does it cost?
Local recording, transcription, and on-device intelligence do not require a subscription. The beta is invite-only. Hosted services have separate access and usage limits; OpenRouter usage is billed by your provider.
