1. Private Beta access

These Terms cover your use of Auldera as an invited Private Beta tester. Auldera is operated by Alpine Intelligence. This is pre-release software, so features can change or stop during testing.

2. Your meetings stay yours

Your meetings and their audio stay on your devices, and Auldera does not take ownership of them. Keep your own copies: the Private Beta makes no promise about staying available or about backing anything up.

3. Account and sync

You do not need an account to use Auldera on your Mac. Sign in with Apple creates or reopens your Auldera account. Sync starts only after you turn it on for the destination Auldera shows you.

4. What you control

Turning sync off stops new uploads and keeps what is already synced. Deleting your synced data removes those copies and leaves your devices untouched; a large amount of data can take more than one request to finish. Deleting your account ends access right away and starts the cleanup. We aim to finish within 24 hours, and if cleanup is still running we are alerted and keep retrying.

5. Support

Contact support@auldera.com for help. Include your Account ID. Don’t send recordings, transcripts, passwords, or sign-in tokens.
